build(Makefile): auto-deps (-MMD -MP) and .PHONY targets

Browse Source 
- Add -MMD -MP to CFLAGS and SMSG_CFLAGS for auto-generated
  header dependency files (*.d) in objects/ subdirs
- Add -include directive to load .d files so header changes
  trigger rebuilds without manual Makefile updates
- Declare abstract targets as .PHONY to prevent collisions
  with files named clean/all/debug/release/etc.
- Add .d cleanup to make target
